Job Description

Parts Advisor (Progression to Assistant Service Manager)£41,000 - £46,000 + Training + Progression + Company BenefitsChatham, KentAre you a Parts Advisor or similar with a knowledge of HGVs looking to get off the tools and step up into an Assistant Service Manager role, with the autonomy to make your mark within an industry leading brand and guided training and progress opportunitiesthroughout a market leading businessWithin this role you will be using your technical knowledge to offer support to a varied customer base while attending guided training to further your management skillset. Following this training you will be assisting in the management of an office of 20 lookingafter recruitment, sickness, disciplinary issues and other management duties. The role is Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm in the office every day.This company are a franchisee of a long standing, specialist manufacturer with a global presence in the automotive industry looking to continue their UK growth and maintain their global reputation. They have maintained continuous growth since their incorporationalmost 100 years ago and now boast over 8000 employees worldwide operating globally.This role would suit a Parts Advisor with HGV knowledge looking to progress their career and step up into a management position offering award winning training schemes, routes to progress all within a market leading manufacturer operating globally.The Role:

  • Offer technical support to a varied customer base being the senior point of contact for them
  • Conduct general managerial duties following guided training
  • Dealing with clients, taking and processing orders whilst ensuring that quality standards are being met
  • Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm, 42.5 hours a week, in the office

  • Parts Advisor or similar
