Learning Specialist required in Kent. Hybrid working options. Up to £45K + excellent benefits and career prospects. The Learning Specialist will design and deliver effective, engaging, innovative, high-quality virtual and blended learning solutions acrossa growing commercial portfolio. This success has taken them into the commercial training area with many large public and private sector organisations trusting their approach and expertise.The Role:We are looking for someone who will design and deliver effective, engaging, innovative, high-quality virtual and blended learning solutions.Lead learning solutions projects, delivery teams, project teams and service delivery as required.Collaborate and consult with colleagues across the MKC Training business and the supply chain to bid for and solution new opportunities, utilising in-house expertise and latest industry thinking.Design learning solutions that meet client needs and vocational qualification requirements, which are current and effective in content, method and media utilising digital learning technologies from a sound understanding of learning theory and how to createan effective learning experience and journey.Be an ambassador for leading-edge learning provision both internally and externally and to facilitate this through a high level of needs analysis design, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills as well as passion and commitment to learning (includingown development).You will need to be willing to travel in the South East of England to deliver face-to-face courses as well as virtual solutions, while benefitting from the balance of flexible hours and hybrid working when not customer facing so that you achieve a greatwork / life balance.And more…They really do work collaboratively at MKC Training and so you will get the opportunity to work with a wide range of people, have your ideas valued and listened to, contribute your perspective and expertise to projects, and be encouraged to develop yourselfand others, with CPD offered and valued so that you, and your career, continue to develop and excel.The successful candidate will need:· Recognised qualification (level 3 minimum) and experience in training needs analysis, delivery and design· Qualified, certified, current and competent in vocational area relevant to subjects· Passion for helping others learn and develop· Substantial experience of designing and delivering high quality learner-centred people development and soft skills programmes to a variety of audience types for both virtual and face to face solutions· Demonstrable track record in designing and delivering learning that leads to improvements in performance utilising an engaging, professional and clear presentation style· Ability to adapt delivery style to meet the needs and expectations of the audience· Strong group facilitation skills for learner-centric training· Knowledge of learning theory and the needs and expectations of the modern learners; able to design learning solutions appropriately· Ability to work seamlessly with PowerPoint, online quizzes, collaboration and other learning tools· Familiarity with MS Office suite· Ability to efficiently assess learner submissions in line with awarding organisation standards· Ability to monitor, assess and report on progress and needs of learners and provide developmental feedback· Willingness to deliver training at venues both virtually and face to faceFull job description available on request.The Package:Starting salary £42K to £45K depending on experience. 6 weeks holidays (plus bank holidays), contributory pension scheme, private healthcare, cycle to work scheme and funded ongoing professional development.
