We are currently operating hybrid working, which offers the opportunity to work 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.Specific days to be agreed during the on-boarding process.You will support the delivery of an efficient and effective payroll service that ensures pay, benefits and management information is provided accurately and on time. Youll be responsible for providing support and advice in relation to pay and benefits mattersto Guinness employees, maintain procedure notes and contribute to payroll projects/activities as required.What were looking forThe successful candidate will be extremely well organised with excellent attention to detail and with previous experience working in a fast-paced payroll function for a similar sized organisation. You will also need excellent numeracy skills, accuracy, andgood oral and written communication skills. Youll also have previous experience of working with in a customer service environment and the ability to work shifts of 8am-4pm, 8.30am-4.30pm and 9am-5pm on a team rota basis.Key Skills/Experience:
