Job Description

Manual Lathe Job DescriptionWe are recruiting a Manual Lathe Operator for our well established company based in Chadderton.Essential Skills and Experience required:

  • Small/medium batch work
  • Reading interpreting drawings
  • Use of measuring equipment (ability to measure and inspect own work)
  • Flexibility essential across machine types
  • Experience with Lathe machines essential
This role is Temporary with an opportunity to turn into a Permanent role.Ideally experienced using Caxton , Colchester or Hardinge machines.Applicants must be eligible to work within the UK.Job Type: Full-time Temporary with a view to go permanent in the future.Salary: £10.90 per hourSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 7.00a.m. - 4.00p.m. Monday to Thursday - Finishing at 12.00p.m. every Friday
Experience:
  • Manual Machining: 1 year (preferred)
Immediate start available.
