Job Description

INSPIRATION FOR AN EXTRAORDINARY WORLDNetwork Architect We are looking for a Global Network Architect for our London office. You will be working on Multiple projects in a dynamic environment and ultilising your understanding of the network landscape to ensure that these environments will be fit for purpose.   • Be part of a new Global Network Team to support external providers
  • Be able to take ownership of projects through delivery
  • Offer a high level of technical expertise in Network Architecture and Delivery
  • Design and Implementation for project-based work as part of a large transformation program
  • Gathering the business requirements and translating these to technical requirements
  • Designing and Implementing network solutions
  • Take ownership of projects with minimal guidance
  • Discovery, scoping and understanding of the network landscape to ensure that new environments will be fit for purpose
    • CAPABILITIESUsing the following technologies for design and Implement network solutions:
  • Cisco Switching & Routing expertise
  • Cisco IPT Experience
  • Must have EIGRP
  • Experience designing and building a Cisco DMVPN network
  • MPLS & Multi VRF
  • Excellent Routing and Switching
  • Cisco Wireless expertise ? Design, Build and Administration ? 802.1x, Guest & Mobility, QoS ? High Availability
  • Cisco Firewalls/ASA/Firepower expertise ? Any FW migration experience would be extremely beneficial
  • Checkpoint and Palo Alto exposure would be beneficial
  • Design and Build secure high availability solutions based on Cisco
  • Create HLD, LLD and Assure provider documents
  • Experience with Remote Access VPN Solutions
  • Business to Business VPN Solutions
  • Experience implementing and troubleshooting complex network issues
  • Experience working with large service providers on outsourced contracts
  • This is not a support role however there may be elements of network incident management
  • Good understanding of designing for network projects with security in mind
  • Good understudying of the technology is a must, as the technology landscape is broad
  • This is a global role hence the candidate must have excellent communication skills
