Job Description

The Team & Focus of the RoleAs part of our expansion plans for the National New Homes Team we are looking to appoint a New Homes Sales Executive. Reporting to our National New Homes Manager, this role will be based around Central England, working from to assist in the coordinationof the promotion and day to day handling of our agency work for new homes sites.This is a permanent full-time position on a 37.5 hour contract (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm). It is envisaged that the New Homes Sales Executive will have a Central office (Banbury, Worcester, Market Harborough, Bedford) as their primary office howeverthis can be flexible and the role is designed to offer regional coverage for a number of offices and multiple development sites.Duties will include:

  • Monitoring local development sites sales rates, prices, purchaser profiles and incentives
  • Day-to-day new homes enquiry answering
  • Liaising closely with the residential agency teams in the region to maximise sales and generate additional business opportunities
  • Providing monthly KPIs to the National New Homes Manager and liaising regularly with the National New Homes Team to maximise collaboration
  • Undertaking call-outs & mailings to promote our development instructions
  • Assisting the creation and implementation of bespoke marketing campaigns
  • Updating online marketing presentations on a regular basis
  • Booking viewings with site teams & obtain feedback with occasional attendance at key inspections
  • Weekly report production
  • Attending fortnightly review meetings with developer clients
  • Overseeing and attending development launches and open events
  • Building relationships with our existing developer client database and create relationships with new clients to maximise business generation opportunities
The successful candidate will have...
  • Previous New Homes experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the Property Sector (Desired)
  • The ability to demonstrate a strong track record of winning business, delivering first class client service, and delivering impressive sales results
  • Technically robust property knowledge
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills with both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • A results driven approach
  • A full driving licence
