Job Description

  • Managing the long and short-term production scheduling for the manufacturing sites, optimising inventory, meeting customer delivery service and providing scenarios to facilitate executive decisions
  • Converting the Demand Plan into a Supply Plan form 0 months to 36 months
  • Managing short term (0-3 months) production scheduling across our manufacturing locations
  • Developing production schedules in accordance with the sales forecast, plant, equipment, and employee capacity ensuring it is correctly reflected in the ERP systems
  • Partnering with commercial and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment, plan execution and a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Working with managers to develop potential solutions to improve production performance
  • Resolving any production, manpower, and material shortage problems quickly
  • Acting as a key participant and stakeholder in the S&OP process and over the longer term, helping to define future manufacturing footprint

Are you who were looking for
  • Ideally, youd be degree educated in a relevant discipline and have a project management qualification
  • Experience in a senior master production scheduling position
  • Subject matter expert in S&OP and Production Planning toolspreferably Anaplan
  • Experience in short and long-term master scheduling and capacity planning and analysis
  • Strong people management and planning skills
  • Relationship building will come easily to you, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of seniority
  • Things can be hectic here. You will thrive on being busy and be an expert multi-tasker
  • Generally, someone who is approachable, with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
  • Able to work with large quantities of data and information
  • Strive for continuous improvementalways looking for ways to do things better
