This role will ideally suit an existing Manager, Deputy or senior supervisor taking first Managers role.Job PurposeTo ensure that all actions are governed by company KPI’s and objectives. To maximise and drive branch sales to set company targets. To minimise branch stock loss and control branch costs within company budgets. To ensure that the company’s policies and proceduresare adhered to at all times. To recruit, train and develop branch staff to a pre-determined level of efficiency that is acceptable to the company. To maintain exceptional store appearance and merchandising standards that complies with the companies visionKey responsibilities:

You will be a Branch key holder registered with the police and key holders are liable to be called out to the store out of working hours in the event of a disturbance or emergency.Expected Standards
  • To be neat, tidy, numerate and literate.
  • To have a proven ability to prioritise, delegate and motivate staff.
  • To recognise any potential issues that may arise within the store and deal with them in a professional manner.
  • Always display a can do’ attitude towards work and colleagues.
  • Confidentiality is essential.
  • Able to communicate clearly with a variety of people at all levels.
  • At home in a fast moving pressurised environment.
  • Adaptable and a quick thinker prepared to make decisions.
  • Readily accepts accountability and responsibility for delivering business results
