Have you got the resilience to support people in a high-risk environmentAre you willing to gain the necessary skills to support people with complex needsDo you have caring and compassionate valuesWe are looking for Advanced Support Workers to come and join our team at our exciting new service in Knottingley, Wakefield!This is a rewarding role where you will have access to a dedicated Therapeutic Clinician team, who will enable you to give the People We Support greater levels of independence.The People We Support will have challenging behaviours, highly complex needs, learning disabilities and significant mental health conditions. As an Advanced Support Worker, you will empower the People We Support to fulfill their lives in the community.Whilst experience of supporting individuals with challenging behaviours is desirable, we mainly want people with the right values, who are resilient in difficult situations and have the drive to fulfill lives. If this sounds like you, we will support you to develop into a great Advanced Support Worker.We provide a salary of £20,475 per annum, 5 weeksannual leave entitlement (increases after long service) and financial reward after 6 months upon completing your probation.
