Job Description

Do you have construction/building industry experience Do you have a practical and logical approach Can you sellOur client a well established manufacturer of industrial doors currently has a vacancy for a field based Sales Surveyor. You will be an experienced account manager and ideally have carried out basic measurements for the purposes of providing quotations.The role is very busy and nationwide. Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Making appointments to go out and visit customers
  • Responding to enquiries from new and existing customers
  • Following up on enquiries given to you from the office based team
  • Preparing and following up on quotations
  • Liaising with the design and manufacturing teams
  • Surveying the site and taking measurements
  • Providing product information to the customer
  • Closing the sale
To be successful in this role you will have experience working in building/construction, be able to carry out basic surveys and be able to build relationships.
