Job Description

We’re searching for a passionate Sales Advisor to join our friendly and growing branch in Castleford.This role is offered on a permanent full time basis, working 40 hours per week between the hours of 7.30am - 5pm. Flexibility is also required as you may be required to work alternate Saturdays in the future.About the roleYour day will be spent working in both the warehouse and on the trade counter and also assisting with deliveries.

  • booking in stock
  • picking and packing orders
  • liaising with customers over the trade counter providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times
  • order processing
  • taking enquiries over the phone and e-mail
  • delivery driving
    • About youYou will have worked within a customer service role where you have needed to retain and process information at speed in order to keep your customer happy. This will stand you in good stead for working in this busy branch. We are happy to consider an experienced warehouse operative with a merchant background looking for the next move into a sales role.You will hold a Full UK Driving License as you will be required to assist with local deliveries as and when needed.Self motivation and ability to use your initiative are two valuable qualities which will help you greatly in this role.
