Job Description

Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Private Client Fee Earner to join a well established firm of Solicitors at their office in Castleford. The role would suit a Private Client Fee Earner with upwards of 3 years hands on private client experience, dealing withwills, probate, trusts and LPAs.Responsibilities:

  • Handling a caseload of private client matters to include wills, probate, trusts, tax, LPAs and some court of protection work.
  • Supporting fee earners on more complex private client work.
  • Drafting wills, including providing inheritance tax advice and tax efficient wills.
  • Dealing with all aspects of estate administration.
  • Dealing with the affairs of vulnerable clients.
  • Providing an excellent level of client care.
  • Corresponding with clients, and third parties.
