This is a great opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading Manufacturing business based near Castleford, West Yorkshire. Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing are exclusively partnering with this business to find a Manufacturing Engineer who will be involved with Manufacturing Engineering & Continuous Improvement activities. The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with the Engineering team to improve the efficiency of the assets and help identify and source new equipment including upgrades to existing machinery. You will be involved with planning, designing, setting up, modifying and monitoring manufacturing processes. You will help programme PLCs and HMIs and should be able to design, programme, simulation and test. The post will also require you to evaluate and recommend improvements to the manufacturing processes, leading operational efficiency improvements across the site.Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing would be interested in talking to candidates with the following skills & experience:*Ideally degree qualified in an Engineering discipline*Strong Continuous Improvement knowledge and experience*PLC programming experience*Ability to influence and improve the siteElevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist recruitment consultancy dealing with senior engineering, technical and operational positions in Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
