Job Description

IT Support TechnicianRole: IT Support TechnicianLocation: Castleford, West YorkshireSalary: £20,000 - £25,000 Looking for a more sociable and hands on role Maybe youre looking to step into a more internal IT role, and away from MSP life A Castleford based Construction company are looking to add to their IT Support team. As the IT Support Technician, you will supportthe IT Manager as well as the internal user base, stretching across multiple offices (some site travel will be required). In this position you will become a vital part of the company and have a lot of fun with the team on a daily basis.Benefits:

Some of the key skills that we would be looking for you to have experience in are:
  • Office 365 (Teams)
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft PowerApps
  • Group Policy
  • Networking (Firewalls and Router configuration)
  • ITIL
  • Assisting in the delivery of projects
  • Full Driving license and vehicle due to travel to support the companys other offices
Responsibilities:
  • Support the internal user base with any issues, both remotely and face to face
  • Work closely with 3rd party companies in order to make sure that the overall IT and infrastructure is maintained and supported to a high level.
  • Ensure issues are dealt with and resolved in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Work across different projects
