Job Description

Are you interested in working with ICT and business transformation in the public sectorIf so, I have an exciting opportunity for you!I am looking for an ICT Business Transformation Manager to join the Adult Social Care team in Castleford (WF10) with hybrid working available.You will be supporting several projects across the service and working closely with the Business Transformation Managers and other council departments.Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with ICT business transformation and improvement activities across adults integrated care
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to the Service manager on how to enhance business change outcomes across adults Integrated care and its partners
  • Learning from the best practices of business change and applying them to your work
  • Supporting ICT business transformation across adults integrated care and its partners
  • Collaborating with business change managers within projects and programmes to ensure benefits are delivered and professional change practices are adopted
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in change management, business improvement or project management
  • An understanding of change and business improvement tools and techniques
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills in business change, improvement and transformation
  • Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills as essential
