Elevation Recruitment Group Business Support is working in partnership with an industry leading business in Leeds as they look to strengthen a section of their internal operations team with the appointment of a Document ControllerYou will be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments.Elevation Recruitment Group are keen to speak to applicants with the following:*Experience in MS Office applications *3 years experience in a similar role*Working in a Design Practice, Main Contractor or Manufacturing Environment*Knowledge of BIM Standards PAS and BS1192, ISO19650*Experience of using Common Data Environments like Aconnex, 4 Projects, Viewpoint and Sharepoint experience beneficial*Knowledge of a quality system i.e. ISO9001, ISO14001Elevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on Administration positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
