Job Description

Pyramid8 are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to work as part of a small friendly team in a manufacturing company in Castleford. They are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic member of the team who can work independently managing a numberof key clients business clients with all their enquiries.

  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and have good problem-solving skills.
  • Well-rounded communication skills and potential to liaise with all levels in the business, including customers.
  • IT literate, particularly with Outlook, Word and Excel.
The RoleYou will have the ability to maintain and develop strong relationships with key accounts to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for day-to-day administration duties within the Customer Service Team, including managing customerorders from start to finish. You will be a team player, working closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless process is achieved.Responsibilities will include:
  • Processing customer orders, and managing to completion
  • Liaising with Planning, Operational, and Despatch teams regarding customer orders
  • Respond to pricing, stock, and delivery enquiries
  • Other associated administrative tasks, including stock management
  • Monitor account performance and associated improvement projects
  • Managing customer projects throughout the business, alongside the Technical and Sales team
  • Monitoring and co-ordinating deliveries to meet specified lead times
