Job Description

Account Manager Castleford£30,000Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for managing accounts and fostering strong client relationships Look no further!Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working with leading manufacturer of consumer durable products to recruit them an Account Manager to their growing team.Benefits:

Responsibilities:
  • Handling allocated accounts from order input to customer delivery, including progress chasing and customer discussions.
  • Managing price changes and introducing new products to allocated accounts.
  • Maintaining and growing existing accounts through dedicated follow-up.
  • Managing your own sales pipeline, forecasting orders and reviewing targets.
  • Preparing quotations and proposals.
  • Responding to all enquiries, including product ranges, pricing, and sample requests.
  • Issuing invoices within time guidelines, including customs clearance.
  • Managing deliveries, communicating delays, and proactively resolving issues.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in account management or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service principles.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
