* Lettings Manager - Experience essential* Leicestershire / Derbyshire Border* Free local parking in pretty market townPosition : Senior Lettings ManagerSalary : Negotiable subject on experience Location : Heart of the Midlands OTE £30KWe have an exciting opportunity for a lettings professional to join an established independent Estate Agency in the heart of the Midlands, offering ongoing training and development and benefits depending on experience.Derbyshire/Leicestershire BordersThe ideal candidate * Will be experienced in property management, ideally in a more independent agent setting. * Willing to get stuck in and help with property inspections, check outs etc.* Will have experience in negotiating, viewings or valuations. *To be responsible for the day-to-day running of the lettings division, Services and Property Management.Skills and experience:* Valuation skills* Local knowledge.* Knowledge of Estate Agents Acts, Residential Lettings Legislation and health and safety.* People management skills- able to work as a team member and lead a team.* Marketing knowledge.* Professional appearance.* Ability to refer within the company.* Able to communicate with accurate grammar and punctuation in written form.* Lettings ExperienceResponsibilities:* Ideally able to manage the team to achieve/exceed monthly targets for the department.* Ensuring lettings division records, notes and compliance are kept up to date at all times.* Property management- Instructing and managing contractors on behalf of the clients.* Day to day planning of lettings division e.g diary, appointments.* Lettings valuations.* Lettings take-ons.* Training of any new staff and ongoing training for the current team.* Business development/generation.* First stage complaint resolution.* Provide the Branch Manager with information weekly as to updates on KPIs and monthly targets.If this sounds like the opportunity for you then apply here today..
