We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executiveto join our team based in Donington.Joining on a full time, permanent basis you will receive a competitive salary of £22,230 - £25,000 andOTE £50K. Due to unprecedented customer demand, we are looking to further expand the highly successful sales team at our Donington Park based showroom.This is a fast paced and forward-thinking business that would suit a dynamic sales person who wants to play a key role in our journey of rapid growth, which will reward exceptional individuals with opportunities for progression. You should be ambitious,self-motivated and passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences.Superbike Factory Ltd; founded in 2010 has grown into the largest retailer of new & used motorbikes in Europe.We have over 2000 new and used motorbikes in our Macclesfield, Donington Park and Bradford show roomsat any one time, and we are open daily forcustomers old and newto come and marvel at the number and selection of bikes we have in store.Superbike Factory is also a data rich, digital business, offering the only true end to end to online consumer experience in the sector, supportedby our purpose built Super-Sites in Macclesfield and Donington Park, our recent acquisition in Bradford, andtwo further site openings this year!Superbike Factory is simply thego toplace for motorbike fanatics!The business is now embarking on its next phase of growth, currently employing over 300people.Responsibilities as our Sales Executivewill include:- Providing an exceptional customer experience through all levels of the sales process- Assisting customers both in showroom and over the telephone with their purchase- Managing and developing physical and digital sales enquiries- Maximising sales volume and profitability, while delivering desirable customer outcomes- Increasing the sale of additional products such as extended warranty and other upgrades- Assisting management in maintaining and developing showroom standards and procedures- Being a proud and passionate ambassador of the SuperBike Factory familyWhat were looking for in our Sales Executive:- Experience of working in a busy sales environment, ideally within the motor industry- The ability to relate to people at all levels, build rapport and grow customer relationships- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service- Drive and ambition to achieve your goals and the goals of the business- Strong work ethic and a great team player- Motorcycle knowledge is beneficial, but not essential.
