Job Description

Job title: Sales and Service Manager (Motorcycles) Salary: £Highly Competitive Plus BenefitsLocation: DerbyshireSales, Customer Service, Warranty, Service, Repair, Motorcycles, Dealership, Race Teams, MarketingA leading provider automotive manufacturer based in the Derbyshire area is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to support them in the development of their sales and service offering to improve customers service, reduce warranty issues, increase sales and maintain the brand as one of the market leaders.As a Sales and Service Manager you will have responsibility for sales, motorcycle service, warranty and marketing to ensure all customers (corporate or individuals) have an experience that optimises image and professionalism that the brand commands.Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the Sales, Servicing and Warranty teams under one umbrella
  • Overall responsibility for the success of the Sales performance which you will drive forward
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with all external customers and clients
  • Develop and expand our dealership network
  • Through proactive leadership, you will instill a culture of customer first behaviours as well as employee development
  • Foster effective working relationships with other senior managers within the business such as engineering, purchasing and manufacturing..
    • Key skills and experiences:
  • Previous experience in a Sales Manager level allied with knowledge of vehicle service preferably motorcycles
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Catalyst)
  • Be highly organised and demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate initiative and a positive attitude
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with people at all levels
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Motorcycle/Automotive industry experience
