Sales Administrator / Customer Services Advisor/ Internal Account Manager Monday to Friday, Castle Donington based £23-24k + bonus of £3-3.5kIf you are looking to join a fun, funky, stable and professional company who have a great working environment and good personal development read on:So as the Customer Service Advisor / Sales Administrator what will you be doing You will be providing day to day support to the external account managers and liaising with their customers to ensure the accounts are running smoothlyYou will be the first point of contact for your customers and will be expected to provide a personalised service to them at all times.You will be working with larger branded accounts, managing the sales process, working with the customers to understand their requirements and provide a solution for them, putting together quotations and making outbound calls to your existing customersSo as the Customer Service Advisor / Sales Administrator what do you need to have You must be professional, courteous and presentable at all times and be able to work within a faced paced business.Excellent communication skills both over the phone and via email.Ability to multi task and have great attention to detail.Experience in working within a proactive customer services environment or a sales account management role previouslyGood level of MS Office including excel.Building good relationships is key and although this is not a sales role you will be expected to spot and nurture new opportunitiesHours of work are 8.30-5pm or 9-5.30pm Monday to FridayAccount management, Proactive Customer Services, Print Industry, Graphics, Textiles, DTG, Vinyls and Decals experience would be advantageous but full training is given
