Job Description

We currently have opportunities for a Motorcycle Processing Assistantto join our team based in Donington Park.Joining on a full time, permanent basis you will receive a competitive salary of£22,500 per annum.We are SuperBike Factory, Europes largest used motorbike retailer and we are looking for ambitious talent to join our team in Donington Park, Derby. With more than 2,000 bikes, a visible workshop area and comprehensive accessories shop,SuperBike Factory areEuropes largest motorbike retailer.With the addition of our impressive new second site which recently openedin Doningtonthis year, it firmly establishes us as the go to location when looking to buy, sell, part-exchange, or finance a motorbike. Or simply a great day out for Bike fans andtheir family.You will be responsible for the administration, physical movement of the bikesand handover of the motorcycle to the customer.Key Functional Areas of Responsibility

  • Ensure motorcycles have passed through our workshop and are ready for the customer to collect.
  • Making sure all the administration for the bikes are in order for the customer.
  • Performing a pre-collection inspectionand identifying any issues.
  • Checking thatthe motorcycles have been cleaned to a high standard for the customers to collect.
  • Managing stock to ensure motorcycles for sale are displayed in the showroom.
  • Handing over the bikes to the customers.
Professional Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong administrationskills and able to liaise between departments.
  • Excellent eye for detail, able to identify problems and resolve issues.
  • Must have a flexible attitude to work.
  • Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance an advantage
  • Able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Preferably a passion for motorcycles.
