**IMMEDIATE START**RattrayParkin are partnered with an established business based in North West Leicestershire to recruit a Management Accountant.This is an exciting opportunity to join the FP&A team and support the delivery of wider projects by providing management accounting support to colleagues within the business.The successful candidate will perform a variety of duties which include management reporting, finance business partnering, budgeting & forecasting and financial planning/dashboard implementation. A strong financial background is required with the abilityto speak confidently to both financial and non-finance stakeholders.This role offers hybrid working with expectation of being office based at least 1-2 days each week.Key Responsibilities:
