HR Data Analyst/HR MI Analyst - Home based/East Midlands - up to £32,000Our client is a global leader within the services sector with a great reputation. Due to expansion, they are now looking for an experienced HR Data Analyst or HR MI Analyst to join them in a newly created role, largely home based.Reporting through to the HR Shared Service Manager and with a dotted line to the Head of Resourcing, the HR Analyst will be responsible for managing both the HR and Recruitment systems (Oracle/Taleo) and creating all reporting and dashboards for the senior management teams. This will include both data and insight for a range of HR and Recruitment metrics to include areas such as turnover, absence and pipeline, conversion rates, peaks as well as other value add areas.The business will look to the HR Data Analyst for expertise on how best to create and manage the data and reporting and what insight is useful. Youll need to come up with suggestions and recommendations for the improvement of processes and systems to help add value, and support the implementation of these.Reports have already been built and the raw data is already there, you will be given autonomy to develop the role.Our client wants someone to be part of the HR and Recruitment team and fully integrated into it in order to get the best insight into the workings and challenges of the department so that you are best placed to help support it and the business moving forward. Therefore they are looking for a team player with exceptional technical skills within HR data, in particular recruitment data, and systems - ideally Oracle and Taleo.Ideally with Oracle/Taleo experience, youll already have a track record of similar roles from other large organisations. This role will give someone the chance to set up a role from scratch and as such the ability to work proactively is essential.
