Job Description

Role Title: Booking Out ExecutiveCompany backgroundSuperbike Factory Ltd was founded in 2010 and has developed into the largest retailer of new & used motorbikes in Europe.Superbike Factory is a data rich, digital first business, offering the only true end to end to online consumer experience in the sector, helped by our purpous built Super-Sites in Macclesfield and Donington Park.We also have over 2000 new and used motorbikes in our Macclesfield & Donington Park show roomsat any one time, and we are open daily forcustomers old and newto come and marvel at the numer and selection of bikes we have in store.Backed by one of the most successful private equity houses in Europe, the business is now embarking on its next phase of growth, currently employing over 240people. We opened our second Super-Siteat Donnington Park racetrack in 2021 and are planningtwo additional site openings thisyear, in addition to arecent aquisition.Superbike Factory is simply the go to place for motorbike fanatics!You dont have to love motorbikes to work here, although many of our team have turned thier passion in to their career!Role

  • Providing excellent face to face Customer service.
  • Ensure motorcycles have passed through our workshop and are ready for the customer to collect.
  • dealing with the customers face to face ensuring that evrything is as expected when collecting their bike.
  • If the bike is bought online, you will be the only person that sees the customer. So important that you are a people person.
  • Liaising with sales and workshop departments to meet customer expectations.
  • Performing a pre-collection expectation and identifying any issues.
  • Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs on motorcycles pre-collection.
  • Ensuring the motorcycles have been cleaned to a high standard for the customers to collect.
  • Managing stock to ensure motorcycles for sale are displayed in the showroom.
  • Great communication skills and able to liaise between departments.
Key Attributes
  • Excellent eye for detail, able to identify problems and resolve issues.
  • Experience in a Customer Service role essential.
  • Must have a flexible attitude to work.
  • Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines in a customer facing environment.
  • A passion for motorcycles.
