Welsh Speaking - Higher executive officer (HEO) We are currently recruiting for a WELSH SPEAKING Higher executive officer to work with one of our fantastic Public Sector clients working from homeApplicants must be fluent in speaking Welsh & tests will be completed at interview.This a 12-month temporary position but one in which you would be able to gain valuable exposure/experience working within the Public Sector.WFH position - however, will be required to attend monthly meetings at location within Wales. If you have worked within the Public sector before this would be advantageous but not essential. If you have transferable HEO experience, then we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities to include:To support the West Midlands Customer Engagement Team with remote based customer engagement support services including:Short-term project managementEngaging with new and existing construction employer based CITB customer base, through the promotion of a suite of CITB services and products including grant, funding, apprenticeships, and Talent View (full training given).The collation and reporting of CITB customer feedback, via our Customer Voice Questionnaires.Candidate requirements:Must be fluent in speaking WelshExcellent organisational skillsExperience of working with Microsoft Office and MIS programmesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to self-manage effectivelyHave previous experience within an administration roleHave good IT skillsBe able to remain calm under pressureBe able to work with very confidential and sensitive informationBe able to provide 3 years of referencing and pass a DBS checkStandard hours are 35 hours per week Monday - Friday (core hours)Pay rate of £20.55 per hour which is paid weekly.If you feel that this role is one that would interest you and you have the right attributes, then please apply and you will be contacted if you are successful.
