Be personal.Customer Service AdvisorThe role:As a Welsh speaking Customer Service Advisor youll be the very first point of contact for our customers. Youll need lots of patience, but with your unflappable nature and personal approach, youll calmly reassure them that youre there to help.The satisfaction you get from solving customer enquiries is one of the main reasons our advisors love coming to work every day.
