Job Description

We are recruiting a Weighbridge operator for our well established client based in Cardiff to start ASAP.Duties will include:

  • Operation of the weighbridge (for which training will be provided)
  • Dealing with drivers face to face and issuing of paperwork
  • Inputting data on to our in house databases
  • Dealing with customer queries both over the phone and in person
  • General office administration such as letter/report writing, photocopying, faxing, filing, archiving
    • Person specifications:The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous experience working in a similar role would be a strong advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills with peers and customers at all levels, via telephone, e-mail and in person
  • Computer literate
  • Good attention to detail
    • They will also be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is flexible and has a hands-on approachWeighbridge experience would also be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.Shifts: Working 8 hour days , Monday to Friday 7am- 3pmPosition is temporary.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
