I have a new role for a Web Project Manager to join my client, who are a exciting startup (but financially doing great). They offer products to people that may have complex financial situations and struggle to get finance from many of the high street lenders.Their team work fully remotely with team catchups in Bristol a couple of times a year. As they build out their team, they are keen to build a team based around the South West and Wales so would love people local (even though the role will remain remote). They are currently a team of 65 with a growing tech team of 7 . Their tech team develop a range of web based systems used within the company, by financial experts and customers to manage the application process so everyone can get live updates on where theapplications are, communicate and upload documents etc. Their team very much has that typical startup mentality, fast paced with rapidly evolving projects and a team full of people passionate about what they are doing. They try to be agile where possible, but, as with most startups this is still a work in progressThey are now looking to hire their first Project Manager to take on the Project Management responsibilities that have previously been carried out by their CTO and UX Designer. Its an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to go in and help them on their journey. You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of their software development projects, manging timescales and addressing and mitigating potential bottlenecksin the development process. You will work closely with the CEO, CTO (who are the nicest people) and also their development team to implement and maintain project management best practices, including sprint planning, feature-based work, and ad-hoc project adjustments. You will workclosely with their CEO to understand strategic directions, prioritise tasks, and adapt project plans to reflect changing business needs and priorities. You will also oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including tech specs, design requirements, and user stories, in collaboration with the team and stakeholders. They have lots of exciting things in the pipelines so its a great timeto be joiningIts an exciting role that you can really get stuck into. Their ideal person will have worked within a smaller company or startup before, and have Project Managed projects across web and be used to working in an environment with shifting prioritiesSalary is up to £45,000 plus benefits including a company share scheme and 27 days holiday plus bank holidays. If youd like to hear more, please apply below to Sam Miller at SR2 - Socially Responsible RecruitmentDigital Project Manager, Web Project Manager, Software Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager,
