A great Warehouse Assistant at Minsters will put safety above all else, work well in a team and be enthusiastic about the work they do. As a quick learner, youll be flexible to work in different areas, take responsibility for the work you do and alwaysshow good attention to detail. To support our warehouse, you will ideally have:

  • Fork Lift Truck experience (training can be provided)
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Industry experience not essential, training will be given
  • Ability to collaborate and work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
What will I be doing in the roleOur Warehouse Assistants are very important to the smooth running of the business, you will be responsible for the safe, continuous and efficient running of the warehouse. The role is important to help ensure products are where they need to be on time andyou will be responsible to ensure that the product is ready for the customer to collect. To support our customers effectively you will;
  • Interaction with our customers; ensuring the right products are purchased
  • Work in a team of 3 picking and loading orders
  • Manual lifting products for our customers
  • Ensure warehouse is kept clean, tidy and safe in-line with H&S procedures
  • 50% of the role will be spent in the yard out in the elements, the other 50% in the Warehouse
