Platform Resourcing are looking for a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join an expanding time in Cardiff with experience of having worked in the motor trade.Hours Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pmBenefits:* Salary of up to £23,000 * Bonus of up to £600 for performance as well as company profit scheme paid yearly* 22 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays increasing to 25 plus 8 with years of service* Monday to Friday hours - early finish each Friday at 4.15pm* Hight street discount vouchers* Contributory pension* Free parkingSales Administrator Key Responsibilities* Responsible for the accurate and timely progressing of new and used vehicles from the point of order to final taxing and delivery* Ensuring that the system reflects at all times the locations of vehicles under your control and in line with dealer funding audit requirements* Work in line with dealer funding lines for stock and sold vehicles, ensuring stock books are accurate* Uploading of completed used stock vehicles to advertising platforms with accuracy and proactivity* Process specific customer orders, ensuring that this is done in line with customers expected timeframes, booking delivery as required* Issue customers with a confirmation of order* Carry out any dealer transfers necessary to fulfill the order* Accurate ordering of new vehicles via the Ordering System and monitoring of the progress of your order* Accurate and timely processing of dealer financial claims, escalating any issues to Sales Support Manager* Booking of vehicles movements through our in-house driver team or external agencies. * Ensuring vehicles are collected as soon as possible and sent to the correct locations. That time is optimised and vehicle movements kept to a minimum* Raising of vehicle Sales invoices* Completing of taxing, using either the AFRL system for new vehicles or using V5C documents/DVLA online systems for used vehicles* Liaison and communication with the sales team regarding progress of their customer vehicles* Consistent monitoring and maintenance of new vehicle forecast registration dates on Cesar and dealer systems* Maintenance of vehicle stock books, ensuring all the required information is populated through the vehicle journey from order to final registration - including consignment, purchasing, dealer support levels and profitSales Administrator Essential Experience and Skills* Experience within a Sales Administration role within either * Experience of processing invoice and purchase orders* Experience of processing customer orders* Strong Administration skills, use of Microsoft Office Packages including Excel, Word and Outlook* Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal* Confident to communicate with customers and internal teamsIf this sounds like the ideal role for you, please send your CV immediately or for further information, please contact the branch.Privacy and General Data Protection PolicyBy applying for this position, you are giving consent for Platform Resourcing Limited to contact you regarding this vacancy and to discuss potential opportunities that would be seen to be in both parties interest for the explicit reason of assisting you tofind work.
