Job Description

Acorn is looking for a Training and Quality Improvement Coordinator to support a programme of work within the Improvement Cymru Academy and Education Programme for Patients (EPP) Cymru at a national level. Providing a senior level of administrative andtraining support for a range of quality improvement training packages and educational programmes and resources. The main functions and duties of this role are to:* Support the maintenance and management of programme plans.* Support the development, implementation and management of specific training courses.* Ensure the development and management of required documentation.* Support the management of defined areas of work. * Support stakeholder communications and engagement.* Produce reports on progress for internal and external use.* Support the booking and coordination of training, educational programmes and other community meetings. * Support the management of budgets.The post holder will be required to create relationships as appropriate with key stakeholders within relevant Academy and EPP Cymru areas, to include:* Improvement Cymru Team and wider Public Health Wales* NHS Wales Trusts & Health Board staff* Welsh Government* Other NHS Organisations* External suppliersMonday - Friday 37.5 hours per weekHybrid (remote and office based)£11.76 per hourIf this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you then apply now or call Acorn Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
