Training and Development Manager - Suicide PreventionWe are recruiting a Training and Development Manager - Suicide Prevention to create and embed training and development programmes and resources to prevent young suicide.What you will do:- Identify, develop and deliver new product opportunities to broaden our current training offer.- Establish and develop a revenue generating customer/user training and development function aligned to our strategy.- Induct, mentor and quality assure colleagues in the effective delivery of all training products and programmes in conjunction with their managers.- Manage a quality Associate Trainer provision ensuring that there is sufficient cover across the UK.- Implement and oversee a quality assurance framework for training products.To be successful in this role you will:- Have a proven record of (co)-designing and delivering effective training products and programmes, using a variety of training methods and techniques.- Have a proven experience of product and training evaluation and quality assurance.- Be an ideas generator with an understanding of technological development.- Be able to travel across the UK as required by the charity.- Hold a bachelors degree level in relevant subject such as Education or Social Sciences.- Hold a Training qualification or equivalent experience.Please visit the careers site for the full job description and person specification for the role.Salary: £43,516 per annum (Scale SCP 37) progressing by increments to £47,573 per annum (Scale SCP 41)Hours: 36 hours per week Location: Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, London, WarringtonContract: PermanentBenefits: You will receive 25 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays (pro rata for part time workers), hybrid and flexible working arrangements, an attractive pension scheme, Simply Health membership and enhanced sick pay.
