Training: Training will consist of theory and classroom learning as well as interactive and team work sessions, research-based tasks, and peer-to-peer learning and shadowing. All consultants in our Recruitment Academy will have constant support, guidance, and coachingto develop in a way that is bespoke to how the individual learns best and in line with their preferred style of management.Consultants in The Recruitment Academy will benefit from a host of experienced Recruitment Managers & our inhouse Trainer who will take you through the intricacies of recruitment including:*Candidate search, headhunting & identification methods*Advertising & marketing*Interviewing skills*Business development and account managementThe CPS Recruitment Academy will also focus on consultants building up crucial industry knowledge ensuring you become experts within your specialist fields, ultimately allowing you to place exceptional candidates into senior-level roles in some of the leadingbusinesses around the world.The Role:Youll be part of our Recruitment Academy at CPS Group, you will benefit from our industry leading training program. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will build and grow a client portfolio using commercial information to identify organisations thathave current or future recruitment needs including global multi-nationals and SMEs.Duties Include: *Develop client contact strategies and conduct business development calls*Schedule and attend pitches with prospective clients*Consult and engage with clients to understand their needs and provide the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates*Networking in industry, sector and specialism and become an expert in market*Candidate engagement - Identify and attract potential candidates*Interview candidates to understand their requirements and gain valuable market information*Provide advice on market conditions, CV and interview techniques and manage expectations*Work as an integral member of a team, motivating one another and communicating effectivelyThe Successful Applicant: We are looking for ambitious individuals with a hunger for excellence.
