With offices across Europe and the globe, they are recognised by clients and industry alike as being distinct for their unique culture andmarket-leading practice areas.The Team - This firm has a substantial IP practice comprised of over 50 lawyers, Trade Mark and Patent Attorneys and specialist support staff practising in this area. They are recognised in Chambers, Legal 500 and WTR for a number of IP related fields includingtrade mark filing and prosecution, Patent filing and prosecution, litigation, advertising, brand management, sport and media and entertainment.The client base is varied; from well-known multinationals to start ups, however, much work is focussed on the following sectors: advertising/marketing, retail, fashion, entertainment, technology, automotive and sports.They are looking for an experienced trademark individual with around 5 years minimum relevant trademark experience.Examples of responsibilities:- Creating first draft specifications for trade mark and design applications and obtaining other formal details required to file trade mark applications in the UK, EU and overseas;Liaising with the Solicitors/Trade Mark Attorneys and IP administrators for the preparation and filing of forms and related documentation for filing trade mark and design applications; renewals; assignments; licences; changes of name and other title details;Ordering, organisation and conducting of trade mark searches and related search programme administration including assisting with the preparation of the client reports;- Assisting Solicitors/Trade Mark Attorneys with preparation of evidence required in trade mark application and opposition / invalidation / revocation cases;- Due diligence related to trade mark and IPR portfolios including auditing of data from national IPO and other commercial databases;
