TOWN PLANNER | CARDIFFMy Client is an independent national planning consultancy, successfully delivering planning solutions to clients across the UK. They have an exciting opportunity for a talented Town Planner to join their busy and dynamic team in Cardiff! You will be involvedin projects on a nationwide basis.This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career and assist in the delivery of exceptional planning services, across various sectors, including education, residential, retail and major mixed-use and regeneration schemes. We act for many high-profileclients, including some of the countrys major land developers, housebuilders and retail operators.Candidate Requirements

  • RTPI accredited degree or a relevant degree.
  • MRTPI or working towards Chartership.
  • Previous experience at Planner level.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office.
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
