Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be working with a well-established Planning Consultancy in Cardiff who is looking to expand their team through the appointment of a Planner at the Town Planner or Senior Planner level.The company work on a range of exciting projects that fall into a number of sectors such as Leisure, Residential, Commercial, Education, Energy, and Healthcare. In this role you will work with the existing team and provide the following services to yourclientbase;-Site search & appraisal (Identifying and assessing sites for new developments).-Planning applications & appeals.-Development plan monitoring & representations.-Retail. Capacity and impact assessments, and provision of strategic advice.-Urban regeneration (Advising on the delivery of major mixed use projects for developers and landowners).-Environmental impact assessment.-Development & design briefs.-S.106 Negotiation.-Community engagement.Job requirementsMy client is looking for enthusiastic and committed people who value attention to detail, strive for perfection and are responsive to the clients needs.
