Drawing reading skills Machining skills (Turning, Milling, Grinding, Drilling, Welding etc) Knowledge and application of safe working practices, good housekeeping (5S) and completion of Risk Assessment Reports Team playerKey Responsibilities: Demonstrates critical thinking and analysis when applying solutions to engineering problems. Coaching/Able to teach apprentices. Ability to liaise with material suppliers and tooling contractors. Good communication skills.
