Our Legal Expenses Client requires a credit control executive on a temporary basis.Reporting to the Team Manager the role is to provide support to meet the internal and external demands of the organisation. The role will involve: * Preparation reconciliations/MI weekly and monthly * Preparation of Home Emergency claims payments * Daily update of the claims cashbooks * Daily system updates with the claims payments * Review new declarations for any discrepancies or errors and input accurately * Query any incorrect/fluctuating declarations to the point of resolution * Raise and process invoices and credit notes where required * Preparation reconciliations/MI weekly and monthly * Chase clients outstanding declarations and/or payments * Provide support to the team and other departments with regards to any claims/premium related queries and information requests * Produce and oversee production of procedure notes for various finance processes, managing these on Confluence * Ad-hoc project work * Adhere to the companys financial policies and procedures * Assist with the preparation of the annual audit. Key skills required: * Intermediate Excel skills * Experience/knowledge of reconciliations * Background in credit control/insurance. * Excellent verbal and written communication * Good investigative and research skills * Excellent organisational and time keeping skills * Meticulous attention to detail * Confidence to own tasks without supervision.In return is a competitive salary, a good range of benefits and excellent working conditions in a friendly and professional team.
