Job Description

Dynamic Telesales Executive required to be the point of contact to potential students and generate leads for a rapidly expanding higher education provider. This is an office-based position with flexible home working during the Covid pandemic.What You’ll be doing

  • Providing information to the potential students/sub-agents about the universities/colleges, courses, fees, admissions requirements etc.
  • Contacting potential students to qualify and encourage application engagement/completion.
  • Contacting accepted students and encouraging deposit payments to close the sale.
  • Keeping records of all calls and communications for inter-departmental transparency.
  • Making B2B calls, contacting training departments to educate, inform, and close sales for staff training.
  • Articulating the value proposition and influence decision-makers (Director/ VP level) to arrange meetings for the management team.
  • Recording and reporting on sales analytical data (pick-up rates/conversion rates) for pipeline improvements and strategy.
  • Performing administrative tasks that support the goals of the admissions department.
  • Performing any other jobs which may be demanded by the commercial manager from time to time.
  • Working with and servicing the needs of Marketing and Admissions.

  • What you’ll bring to the table
  • Able to demonstrate selling skills by taking complete ownership of day to day activities and meet the quarterly goals set by the management.
  • Ideally a Graduate.
  • Able to speak Hindi.
  • Fluent and eloquent English.
  • Able to demonstrate a stable career background with proven telemarketing success ideally in the business consultancy.
  • Knowledgeable of CRM systems in general and proficiency in Google products (gmail, sheets, docs).
  • Dynamic, energetic, assertive with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Target oriented, able to handle deadline pressure, self-motivated, must have the ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace.
  • Able to demonstrate an aptitude for building rapport and influencing.
  • Able to operate well within a team environment.
  • What You’ll get in return
  • Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
  • Basic Salary £20,000
