We provide brief solution focused therapy to individuals seeking support.You will be required to:• Be from a counselling background and a member of the BACP or an equivalent organization;• Have experience of delivering brief solution focused counselling sessions;• Be computer literate;• Have a commitment to excellent customer service.Essential Job Duties • Must be able to work on own initiative but have the discipline to follow procedures and seek out advice when it is needed;• Attention to detail;• Able to ensure deliverables happen on time and often to tight deadlines;• Articulate and concise with excellent writing and communication skills;• Actively interested in Continuous Personal Development and on-going improvement.Education and Experience Requirements • A relevant qualification;• An up to date professional registration;• Experience of delivering Occupational Brief Solutions Focused counselling sessions;• At least 2 years post-qualification experience;• Member of the BACP or equivalent organisation;• Proficient user of Microsoft Office;• Ability to write in clear, concise, and easy to understand English;• Attention to detail;• Able to communicate and articulate clearly by telephone;• Knowledge of workplace and professional issues;• Ability to travel independently to attend training events;• An empathic communication style;• A confident `self-starter`;• Enthusiastic and committed to supporting clients via the telephone and by video conferencing.Equal Employer Opportunities Statement Maximus is committed to developing, maintaining and supporting a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
