This well-established, nationwide housebuilder are currently looking for a Technical Coordinator to join their team based in Cardiff and help coordinate technical projects in the surrounding areas. The company pride themselves on delivering high quality homesto their customers, and have purpose built training facilities and in-house courses to help their employees self-develop and progress their careers. In this role you will handle all technical aspects of housebuilding projects. This will include arranging and managing design-technical meetings, review design drawings for compliance throughout all stages of the design process, attend supplier and subcontractmeetings, resolve design and building problems, and attend monthly site project review meetings.
