Tech Recruitment Consultant Job in CardiffPermanent People have recently partnered with a unique Tech recruitment agency, based in Cardiff City Centre. They are looking to hire a 360 recruiter, who will work on selling a slightly different recruitment model to Tech business and start-ups across the UK and Europe.With ambitious plans to expand in the next few years, the hiring and support of talented recruiters is at the centre of their strategic plans.Our Client work with some really interesting businesses, and sell an RPO style model to their Clients, and truly partner with them in order to deliver a first class recruitment service.Your ExperienceYou will come from an IT or Technology recruitment background, or another Technical sector, and have at 18 months recruitment agency experience.Experience-wise, you will be used to and want to work in a 360 recruitment position, and enjoy the relationship building with Clients.You will have a great work ethic and be the sort of person who takes full accountability for their own desk, as our Client like to give full autonomy and flexibility to their employees.Whats on Offer
