  6. Continuous Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest educational trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality of your support.
Essential Requirements:
  1. Versatility: Demonstrated experience in primary, secondary, and SEN settings is highly preferred.
  2. Inclusive Education: A genuine passion for working with students from various backgrounds and abilities.
  3. Learning Diversity Mastery: Profound understanding of diverse learning needs and effective strategies to support student progress.
  4. Effective Communication: Exceptional communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with students, colleagues, and parents.
  5. Adaptability and Flexibility: The ability to seamlessly adapt to different learning environments and teaching styles to meet individual student needs.
  6. Empathy and Dedication: A proven track record of patience, empathy, and unwavering commitment to student growth.
  7. DBS and EWC Certifications: A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check and EWC (Education Workforce Council) registration are required. If you dont currently possess these, we provide support for the application process.
