Mid/Senior Talent PartnerInterested in unlimited annual leave Fed up with mindless KPIsIf youre an experienced Recruitment Consultant whos frustrated working in an old-fashioned, KPI driven recruitment environment but still want to be earning commission; then this may be the job for you.Joining a team of 10 other experienced Talent Partners, you will be in control of your own desk, working closely with clients to develop and implement a strategy based on their hiring needs, whilst identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels.Your day-to-day will include:Communicating with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organisational goalsDeveloping a strategy based on clients needsDefining job description and documenting specificationsCreating a candidate persona for each open positionIdentifying prospective candidatesConducting interviewsPresenting shortlisted candidates with profile summariesResearching and develop recruiting leadsDeveloping a sustainable candidate lead strategyWorking in one of the most desirable business locations, Cathedral Road, you will be just a stones throw away from Bute Park and only a 10-minute walk away from the Principality Stadium, Cardiff Castle, and the central shopping district.
