Swyddog Addasrwydd i Ymarfer X2 (FTC)Caerdydd neu Lanelwy (gyda gwaith hybrid)Y cwmniYn Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru, rydym yn darparu arweinyddiaeth genedlaethol ac arbenigedd mewn gofal cymdeithasol a blynyddoedd cynnar yng Nghymru.Ein gweledigaeth yw gwneud gwahaniaeth cadarnhaol i ofal a chymorth i blant, oedolion au teuluoedd au gofalwyr.I wneud hyn, rydym yn arwain ar ddatblygu a rheoleiddior gweithlu gofal cymdeithasol, gwella gwasanaethau, data ac ymchwil i wella gofal.Rydym nawr yn chwilio am ddau Swyddog Addasrwydd i Ymarfer i ymuno n tm ymroddedig ar gontractau llawn amser, cyfnod penodol o fis Awst 2022 i fis Mawrth 2023.Y Manteision- Cyflog o £29,372 - £32,998 y flwyddyn (pro rata)- 28 diwrnod o wyliau ynghydGwyliau Banc (cynyddu gyda hyd gwasanaeth) (pro rata)- Diwrnodau ychwanegol i ffwrdd rhwng y Nadolig ar Flwyddyn Newydd- Cynllun pensiwn llywodraeth leol- Polisi gwaith hyblyg- Gweithio hybrid- Polisi absenoldeb teuluolY RlFel Swyddog Addasrwydd i Ymarfer, byddwch yn asesu datgeliadau perthnasol a wneir ar geisiadau i gofrestru ar ein cofrestr gofal cymdeithasol yn drylwyr.Fel rhan och rl, byddwch yn ymchwilio i achosion addasrwydd i ymarfer lefel risg ganolig a wneir yn erbyn gweithwyr gofal cymdeithasol cofrestredig.Byddwch yn rhoi arweiniad i ymgeiswyr, unigolion cofrestredig, cyflogwyr ac achwynwyr am ein prosesau ac yn cynorthwyo Uwch Swyddogion i gael tystiolaeth achos gan barton perthnasol.Yn ogystal, byddwch yn:- Paratoi adroddiadau cynhwysfawr- Mynychu gwrandawiadau Tribiwnlys Safonau Gofal- Paratoi a chyflwyno ystod o asesiadau risgAmdanat tiI ymunoni fel Swyddog Addasrwydd i Ymarfer, bydd angen:- Profiad o ymdringwybodaeth a sefyllfaoedd hynod sensitif a chyfrinachol- Profiad o ysgrifennu adroddiadau ffurfiol- Y gallu i gyfathrebu dros y ffn ac yn bersonolphobl a allai fynegi dicter, rhwystredigaeth, gofid a siom- Y gallu i asesu symiau mawr o wybodaeth gymhleth, sensitif, gan sicrhau sylw i fanylion a chywirdeb- Sgiliau trefnu datblygedig iawn- Y gallu i weithion annibynnol ac fel rhan o dm prysur- Y gallu i ddefnyddio system rheoli achosion yn seiliedig ar TGByddai profiad o gynnal asesiadau risg o fudd ich cais, yn ogystalphrofiad o ymdrinchwynion gan aelodaur cyhoedd. Maer gwasanaethau a hysbysebir gan Webrecruit yn rhai Asiantaeth Gyflogaeth.Fitness To Practise Officer X2 (FTC)Cardiff or St Asaph (with hybrid working)The Company At Social Care Wales, we provide national leadership and expertise in social care and early years in Wales.Our vision is to make a positive difference to care and support for children, adults and their families and carers.To do this, we lead on developing and regulating the social care workforce, service improvement, data and research to improve care.We are now looking for two Fitness To Practise Officers to join our dedicated team on full-time, fixed-term contracts from August 2022 to March 2023.The Benefits - Salary of £29,372 - £32,998 per annum (pro rata)- 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service) (pro rata)- Extra days off between Christmas and New Year- Local government pension scheme- Flexi work policy- Hybrid working- Family leave policyThe Role As a Fitness To Practise Officer, you will thoroughly assess relevant disclosures made on applications for registration to our social care register.As part of your role, you will investigate medium risk level fitness to practise cases made against registered social care workers.You will provide guidance to applicants, registered persons, employers and complainants about our processes and assist Senior Officers in obtaining case evidence from relevant parties.Additionally, you will:- Prepare comprehensive reports - Attend Care Standards Tribunal hearings- Prepare and present a range of risk assessmentsAbout YouTo join us as a Fitness To Practise Officer, you will need:- Experience of dealing with highly sensitive, confidential information and situations- Experience of writing formal reports- The ability to communicate on the telephone and in person with people who may express anger, frustration, upset and disappointment- The ability to assess large quantities of complex, sensitive information, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy- Highly developed organisational skills- The ability to work independently and as part of a busy team- The ability to use an IT based case management systemExperience of carrying out risk assessments would be beneficial to your application, as would experience of dealing with complaints from members of the public.
