Help someone live their life to the fullest with Brook Street Social Care.We have an exciting opportunity to work in a temporary long - term contract in the Newport area supporting a young woman with cerebral palsy in her own home. The support will be 2:1 in the home and the community. The shifts will be every Saturday and Sundayfor 8 hours and will continue on an open-ended basis and the hours will increase over time to include more days and potentially nights as well!The role will be predominantly to support her out to daily activities such as walks in the park or trips to the cinema, appointments and to day centres, and with any personal care requirements as well.The ideal candidate will be someone who is patient, kind and respectful as the support will be delivered in a family home.
