An established Domestic Violence charity is recruiting for a dedicated Assistant Manager to oversee a leading front-line support service for clients who have been affected by domestic abuse.The successful post holder will be joining a unique organisation that is dedicated to eliminating Domestic Violence and is driven to help vulnerable individuals and families in situations of crisis.As the assistant manager, you will work closely with the Adult Team Manager, supporting and guiding the IPAs/IDVAs to provide a high-quality frontline service to victims of domestic adult or wider issues.Working for a commendable and forward-thinking feminist charity, you will help to promote an effective prevention and advocacy service which focuses on all aspects of support around domestic violence in Cardiff. It will provide you with an opportunity to professionally grow and pursue a passion to support vulnerable individuals and families.This exciting permanent managerial role is offering a competitive salary (£24,000 - £26,000 p/a). Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to put your mark on a leading front-line support service.To be considered for this post, you will need to hold a minimum of two years supervisory or management experience in the sector.
