Special Situations Executive - Investment RiskCardiff or Wrexham with pan-Wales travel£47,500 - £57,500Full Time, PermanentWe have an opportunity for a Special Situations Executive to join us to proactively manage a personal portfolio of smaller equity investments which have been identified as being at risk.As the first point of contact for these investments, you will contribute to appropriate action plans to maximise returns to the Development Bank of Wales from the TVI and PDT investment portfolios. including driving turnaround plans, exit strategies, orrecovery action where appropriate.You will quickly establish a rapport with management teams and will prepare applications for any follow-on investments, whether by way of equity, debt or mezzanine support or any combination of these.With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will build and maintain close working relationships with equity portfolio companies and undertake direct monitoring activities.We are looking for a self-motivated individual with experience of working in a financial or similar numerate environment and ideally a relevant professional qualification.
